No. Klirry reads your store and ad accounts through the official connections their platforms provide for apps, so there is no Klirry script on your storefront and nothing tracking your customers.
Klirry only reads. It can see orders, spend and campaign structure, and it never edits, pauses or launches anything on your behalf. The only things it creates in a connected store are its own webhooks (small notices your store sends Klirry when an order comes in) and, for Shopify, the subscription you approve.

Klirry keeps the standard VAT rate of each of the 27 EU member states in a versioned table and applies each order's destination-country rate on the day of the order, never a flat estimate. It calculates VAT for your profit figure; it does not file your VAT returns or make your business VAT compliant.
Your orders and account data are stored on a server in Falkenstein, Germany (Hetzner). Not everything is EU-only: Stripe (card billing) and Sentry (error monitoring) are US companies. The sub-processors page lists every vendor, where it runs and whether it is in use yet.
