You can download a full copy of your data at any time.
Steps
- Open Settings, then Export your data.
- Choose a format, JSON or CSV.
- Press Download export. The file is prepared and downloaded right away as a zip.
What is included
Your orders, ad spend, cost settings and decisions. The exact files and columns are described in the export format.
Limits
- Only the account owner can export.
- You can export up to 3 times per day. If you reach the limit, try again the next day.
Cancelling
When you cancel your account you have 30 days to export before everything is permanently deleted, so the same download is what you use then. See cancelling your account.
