Shipping costs are what you pay to ship, by country. They are set under Costs, in the Shipping costs section.
Steps
- Set the default shipping cost. It applies to every country you have not added yet.
- Add countries. Press Add country and enter the cost for letter or standard shipping. The suggestions list shows the top countries in your orders.
- Add a tracked cost if you need one. The Tracked field is optional.
- Mark the section as reviewed.
Which orders count as tracked
An order is treated as tracked when the name of its shipping method matches the pattern track|sp[åa]r|spor, ignoring upper and lower case. For example, a method called "Tracked parcel" or "Spårbart paket" counts. If your tracked shipping method has a name that does not match, tell us and we will look at it.
Where no country row exists, the default applies, which is why the default is always there.
