Most surprises have one of four causes. Check them in this order.
1. Are the costs reviewed?
Under Costs, each section (variable costs, fixed costs, product costs, shipping, payment methods) shows Reviewed or Not yet reviewed. Until all are reviewed the profit is shown as an estimate. Review them so the numbers match your real costs. See payment fees and shipping costs.
2. What does the badge say?
Look at the badge on the number. Low data means the sample is too small to trust yet; it is not an error. See reading the data-quality badges.
3. Is a connection down?
If a banner says a connection needs attention or data has not updated for 24 hours, the numbers may be out of date. See troubleshooting broken connections.
4. Is the ad platform's number different from yours?
Meta reports its own revenue figure. Klirry decides from the orders in your store, so the two will differ. How matching works is in how Klirry matches ads to sales.
